The calendar dates on the website did not match the tour dates

I was trying to book for November 1st as per the calendar but as I proceed to book, it says that the 1st day is October 31st. I felt it was a bit confusing! Otherwise everything is great about this company

Hello I have been told that I while i'm promoting apps trough this website https://www.tours4fun-ukrms.com/DealingSlip I could get commission and also withrawn all of my funds as well as ,but I turns out that it's a fake service customer team and what actually they aim to do is to get my funds without getting me back nothing! I have already found a company which will investigate the case because I believe many people did that with the believes that your company it's trustable and there is nothing wrong to happen!

I would be appropriate if you will be willing to help out as well or at least investigate it because they use your company names and make people confused whether is real not not ! Look forward back from you soon!

Cancelation and Refund of reservation #E-209****

I had made a reservation for a 3 days tour of New York Philadelphia Washington DC Niagara Falls back to New York. Dates are from August 5, 20121 through August 7, 2021. Worst tour company ever

Beware! They sell tours not exist!!!! I came to Las Vegas to stay at our friend’s house for our vacation for a week. We decided to leave there early and drive up to Antelope canyon for last couple of days of our vacation since Tours4Fun still had available tours on the day even though other companies sold out all their tours during winter vacations. As soon as I reserved a tour at Tours4fun online for the next day and paid with my card I also reserved a hotel room In the area close to Antelope canyon. A day later we were about to arrive to the hotel I found out that I received an email send from Tours4Fun and said ”our tour reversed is no longer available”. I was so confused and called but no one answered my call... I had to reply to their email and move our reservation date to next day as they told me in the email that they have available tour next day instead. We were already in Page so we had no choice but to accept the change. We had to pay for staying another night at a hotel as well. But in the next morning I received another email that said “our tour reversed is no longer available” again!!!!! I called them. this time they answered though. They said our reservation was not confirmed yet in the first place so that means it is obvious it can become unavailable. I literally lost my word. When we saw the calendar with still available tours with dates shown to make a reservation on their website we clicked the Date ( which was originally the following day of the time of our reservation ) and proceed the reservation processes and made a payment with my card. I assumed I made a reservation successfully. I really think this company is unprofessional. No wonder I couldn’t find any other companies that has any available tours during the vacation times. Tours4Fun sells tours they don’t have. I have no idea why they do this..my guess is so that they can make more money when someone had to cancel a tour and if they could squeeze some other person in. It sucks.. We had to waste money for 2 day’s hotel rooms and Gas and our precious times!!!! Feels soooo angry I couldn’t even express my anger.

We had an awesome travel experience with them in 2016 for our 7 day tour through Canada. But in 2018 when we did a 10 day tour from Las Vegas to California, the tour was TERRIBLE.

The bus got into a tiny scrape and after that was resolved the bus broke down and we waited for 6 hours before another bus arrived and it only arrived because the tour guide knew a friend of his who was finishing up a tour and he would be available because the tour company would not respond to him. When we got to Los Angeles, we spent a day with another tour guide named Alice and she was AWFUL. She refused to address my husband and I and dismissed us by putting us in the back of the bus, refused to take money from my hand or my husband and asked for us to pass the money to persons sitting in front of us as she didn't want to touch us. There was one time I asked her for directions and she asked me if I couldn't read for myself and walked off.

Being in a different country from your own can be scary and After all of the issues including the bus getting into an accident and breaking down the best refund they could give was $36 TOTAL. I moved to other tour companies since then and the difference is SO HUGE, that I HAD TO WRITE THIS REVIEW.

Tours 4 Fun needs to do better. Their website is also misleading as they have the tours listed as 5 STAR tours with 0 Reviews!!!

I have been in contact with customer care by phone and 6 times by email at Tours4fun. I was wanting to book a couple of tours ,Paris and London and use some points toward my tours ,points and cash , I have a new email address so I logged into my old account and tried to update my details,it wouldn't accept them . I rang and emailed about it Cherelyn one of the customer advisers said they didnt have an IT department that could fix the problem and she wasn't allowed to either ,so advised me to just make a new account and the Points ,bad luck ,lost because they can't be transferred ! Don't get conned by this company ,they take your money but they don't honour their loyalty program ,go to Viatours ,at least they help

This is an awful company. They subcontract everything out. Before you pay, they are very helpful. Once they get your money, the customer service and communication ends. Take my advice, do NOT use them.

Ctours is nothig but Bus Tour/ Chines Tour on road

We recently experienced the Tours4fun 3-Day San Francisco Bus Tour in and out of LA and were very disappointed with the experience on many levels. The tour was apparently run by CTours who advise Tours4fun are merely booking agents. C Tour is nothing but Chinese Tour, it sucks.

Firstly we left LA late as result of all the back and forth collecting people for other tours.

Next, the red colored bus we initially thought was only a transfer bus but was ultimately our actual travel bus was very old and uncomfortable and not suitable for long distance travel. Frontside of bus can all accidents damages which even not repaired. There was little padding in the very upright seats, no safety belts and we were warned not to use the on-board toilets. There was no climate control air conditioning with only one setting of on fully cold (freezing) or off ( stuffy and sweating).

Our safety was jeopardized during the trip no window covers when its hot under buring sun temparature.

The bus driver and our tour guide Summer continually had differing opinions on what route to take and their debating was loud and audible by us even in the back of the bus. This debate lead to the driver taking numerous wrong turns and wasting time finding our destination particularly in/around Fremont and in Yosemite NP.

Our tour guide summer, of Asian background, attempted to lighten the mood at times but his lack of grasp of English in both understanding and pronunciation frustrated us and communication was a real issue throughout the trip - it was regularly observed that explanations in Chinese would last many minutes but were followed by a quick 5-10 second English equivalent resulting in us feeling left out.

Accommodation outside of San Francisco was of a high quality but precluded us from readily enjoying the San Francisco nightlife as if it had been in San Francisco.

Food stops were predominantly at Asian establishments which satisfied the predominantly Asian tourists on the bus but the dozen or so of us wanting normal western food had to make do.

I was unfortunate to stay hungger those 3days while on trip which included my 5 years kids too.

The highlight of this trip for us was Silicon Valley and it was disappointing how rushed our stay was after spending so much time travelling there and hardly stopped at apple visitor center which is sucked. We have better apple outlets in singapore which I visited at S.Valley where my expectations were high.

The other issue we were frustrated with was the expectation of attending an "optional" day trip in San Francisco - one we did not want to attend as we had previously travelled to in the past and we knew exactly what parts of town we wanted to spend our free time at. There was intense pressure from summer to participate in the day tour despite our assurance we had no intention to attending.

Lastly, we were astounded at the demand for substantial further payments for "service" fees and substantial tips/bribe, regardless of our experience or service provided, on top of the tour fees booked and the already additional out of pocket fees for park and attractions. These were not present on the website at the time or stipulated at the time of booking and brought this apparent value for money tour up to the price of the premium tour operators.

In hindsight and aware of the difficulties we encountered, we would not have travelled on this tour and we recommend anyone thinking of travelling to weigh up the hurdles we encountered before forming a decision.

Our factual review of our trip experience on the Tours4fun and TripAdvisor websites have been removed/blocked so we are trying to highlight our concerns on other websites now.

We strongly recommends not to use Tours4Fun/Ctour that too when we are not chinese and when expecting lots memories from your trip.

Picked hotel in San Fransisco since they pick you up from there(not good area of town). Then they took us to farmers market breakfast took an hour and a half. Then smoke from fire was horrible. Only got to see 1 waterfall. Then found out they do not take me back to hotel. So luckily I made some friends who waited for uber driver. $149 dollars wasted could not see very much. trip should have been canceled. People need to be informed that they need ride back to hotel. Never again will I believe they will care for your welfare all they want is money.

In the reservation E-864754, the lunch is included but what I chose when I purchased the upper antelope & horseshoe bend tour is that there in an admission I included in the payment. I checked in my credit card, it was posted already $124.5.

We booked a tour of te upper antelope canyon at 11 am and payed for it and got a confirmation. But then the next day we got an email saying that the time we reserved was not available anymore. I called tours4fun, but they didn't help me at all. I payed a lot to go on the right time for the tour (11am-1.30pm) to see the light beems. But now I only got to choose a worse timing for the same high price or a refund. This isn't fair!

DISGUSTED.

Tours4Fun are the WORST company I have ever experienced, they don't even deserve the 1 star! My friend and I booked Universal tickets and we're due to be picked up from Miami early in the morning and taken to Orlando.

The bus was over an hour late and the driver stopped answering our calls to give us updates. When we eventually got on the bus, the driver was rude and many people were complaining about the late service. Around 30 mins later, the bus broke down and the driver did not even bother to explain this to us. Another bus came and people began complaining as it was clear that we were not going to spend all day at Universal.

The manager we spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional.

He did not let us speak and told us to get off the bus and make our own ways home. We eventually made it to Universal, 3 hours late. I complained to Tours4Fun straight away and was told I would receive a refund. It has been over a month and I have not received anything and they are now ignoring my emails.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO.

There are better companies to use. This company is unprofessional and a ripoff and I personally think they should be shut down.
